A commerce graduate from Delhi University, followed by a post graduate diploma in communications from MICA, Ahmedabad. Nainika has an overall working experience of 8 years across marketing agencies (DDB, Leo Burnett Mumbai), advisory and consulting firms (CEB, E&Y). She cherishes her award winning tenure in advertising on brands like Spotify, Hotstar, Big Bazaar. Some of the categories that she worked on during this time - Retail, SVOD, OTT Apps, Entertainment, FMCG, Automobile, Dating Apps, Food Tech and Beauty. Nainika was also recently accepted as a speaker at Semiofest 2018, a global conference for semioticians where she delivered a case study on applied semiotics. She loves immersing in youth subcultures – understanding emerging languages, how they interact with technology and the broader shifts that accompany them. As an army kid she has travelled extensively across the country during her childhood, nurturing a curiosity for the vast and varied cultures of India. In her free time, you will find her obsessed with home décor, wellness and graphic design.
